-- Get a referral from someone you know.
-- Hire a contractor who specializes in the work you need done.
-- Check licences and insurance with your city's contractors licensing board
-- Get atleast three references and call them.
-- Check the Better Business Bureau.
-- Request a written estimate.
-- Sign a written contract. If you don't have one email me. I will send you one for free!
