The state of Missouri does not regulate home inspectors by means of a license. When searching a for home inspector make sure they are certified
with a national association such as ASHI or NACHI. Ask for requirments for these organizations, how long in business, and ensure you understand
what's included in a home inspection and what is not. Not all inspectors are the same. You can rest assure this home inspector is certified and
received on site training before ever performing my first inspection. Since 2002 I've been performing both residential and commercial inspections
and to date I have never had one consumer complaint. I'm sure you've heard other inspectors with high prices state a cheaper inspector gives cheap
inspections. Not true. Any inspector regardless price can produce a bad product. If a inspector has no sample report ask for one. Reporting the
condition of a home is why you hire us. Make sure your inspector is unbiased and reports in the best interest of you the client. My reports are
professional, narrative (no checklist) and I list all defects directly in the summary for a easy to follow list and I include pictures of all defects
in my reports. Feel free to follow me and ask questions. My time is your time and I love to educate. Last but not least ensure your inspector
walks all safe roofs and he or she crawls in attics or crawl spaces underneath the home if needed. I love to get dirty.
